As a lender I don’t get to choose the title company very often, but I use Concierge Title Company for ALL of my refinance loans. It saves my borrowers at least $500 and that’s a lot of money to my clients! They provide mobile notaries to close my clients at their homes or wherever is most convenient for them at no charge! They also have office space to close anyone who wants to come into the office to close or for cash out refinance transactions that require the loan be closed in a title company office. I have worked with them for more than two years and they are great to work with. They always make the process as easy as possible for my borrowers and my clients appreciate the choice to use them to save money.
